I haven't been able to use the site for the last 2 weeks. My letters are not typing into the game board or the letters I have.. What do I do?

There should be no problems. Can you tell me what device, OS and web browser do you use ?

Some people have complain that some security software prevent letters to appear on the board. Do you know if you have recently installed such software ?

I'm not sure what you mean by device or OS. I did recently install a new virus protection. However, I was having the issue with this website before I installed it.

By device I mean, is it a laptop, a computer or a mobile phone...
By OS I mean, is it windows (XP, vista, 7), mac, linux ?

Can you try another web browser like chrome and tell me if the problem persists ?

I use a laptop with Windows XP. I tried using AOL and explorer to use the website, and it still did the same thing. When I clicked on a square to start typing, the square goes tan and does nothing when I type.

I really think that's an issue on your computer, try tracking down security software and disable it to see if it's working.

I am having same problem. If I hit control, I can enter all letters exept for "o".

What do you mean ? Everything is working except the letter 'o' ???
